Description

A simple yet delicious dish celebrating fresh corn, enhanced with a flavorful herby butter.


Ingredients

  • Fresh corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Husk the corn and remove any silk.
  3. Place the corn on a baking sheet, spaced out for even cooking.
  4. Mix the softened butter with fresh herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Brush the herbed butter generously over the corn.
  6. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until slightly charred.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish, optional toppings like lime juice or extra herbs.

Notes

If you have leftovers, cool completely, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
