Description

A vibrant, immune-boosting juice that’s naturally sweet, zesty, and packed with antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 medium apples (cored and sliced)
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 1 lemon (peeled and deseeded)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup cold water or ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly. Peel the carrots and ginger, core the apples, and remove the lemon peel and seeds. Chop everything into chunks small enough to fit into your juicer chute or blender.
  2. If using a juicer, feed the carrots, apples, ginger, and lemon through the chute one at a time. If using a blender, combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup of cold water. Blend on high until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  3. Serve immediately over ice or refrigerate for up to 24 hours in an airtight glass container. Stir before serving.

Notes

Use organic produce when possible, and drink fresh for maximum nutrient retention.
