Description

A vibrant and nutritious juice blend of beetroot, carrot, and apple, perfect for boosting health and detoxifying the body.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium beetroot (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 large carrots (peeled)
  • 2 medium apples (core removed)
  • 1/2 lemon (optional, for zest and vitamin C)
  • Small piece of ginger (optional, for digestion and spice)
  • Mint leaves (optional)
  • A pinch of pink salt (optional)
  • Honey (optional, for sweetness)


Instructions

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly.
  2. Peel and chop beets and carrots into smaller pieces.
  3. Core the apples and slice them into quarters.
  4. Add all ingredients into a juicer OR blend with 1/4 cup of water.
  5. If using a blender, strain the juice to remove pulp.
  6. Pour into a glass, serve immediately or chill in the fridge.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store in an airtight glass bottle and consume within 24-48 hours for optimal freshness.
